PMM actively communicates with customers during the design, implementation, and manufacturing processes to incorporate feedback and provide a positive experience as well as quality product.
During the initial phase of a project the engineering team works as a bridge connecting the customer and various high-quality toolmakers we work alongside. Our highly dynamic engineers initiate the quoting process as soon as we receive an RFQ. Throughout the project, the engineering team works with the toolmaker to provide customers with weekly status updates. The open line of communication allows us to effectively and efficiently work through any issues that may arise. We share all proposed updates/changes with the customer swiftly to avoid unnecessary delays.
