Our advanced cleanroom features five molding machines ranging from 50 to 120 tons, including rotary shuttle two-shot molding capabilities. This multi-shot molding process allows for the creation of complex parts with dual materials and colors in a single production cycle—eliminating the need for costly secondary assembly steps and enabling product innovation that was previously impractical or cost-prohibitive.

Equipped with HEPA filtration systems, resin-isolating material handling equipment, and dehumidifiers, our cleanroom is optimized for maximum performance, part integrity, and process repeatability.
