Material Evaluation and Product Development

Plastic Molding Manufacturing takes a thorough approach to material evaluation. During the early and middle stages of product development, our engineering and manufacturing teams can help with mold and product design review. Each design is evaluated based on product environment, proposed industry, and any other key factors.

Should customers require an alternate material or solution, our engineering team can suggest one. The engineering team is always on the lookout for lower cost, high quality solutions to share as well. Our quick prototyping allows you to go from concept to production in a flash. Before we run a single product off the line, you can be sure it meets mechanical, chemical, and cost specifications. Our deep industry knowledge minimizes material cost for our customers.

Once our team has a concept, we make a 3D print to validate functionality. If analysis shows that the part is high-risk or needs regulatory approval, we build a prototype and production mold.
