The Plastic Molding Manufacturing approach to quality control and testing is designed to provide all customers and products with the appropriate amount of due diligence and attention. The quality management system at Plastic Molding Manufacturing is a closed loop, where improvement and feedback are continuous. Thanks to this system, we can answer customer concerns quickly, effectively, and concisely.

Excellence is a habit, one that stems from rigorous adherence to high standards. Our quality team continually improves our systems and processes through an ISO approved quality management system.
 

Based on customer need and industry, we conduct any necessary testing and inspect products for form, fit, and function. To maintain quality throughout the process various measurement systems, including a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), are used to ensure that products are produced to specifications.
