Plastic Molding Mfg. Acquires Res-Tech; Changes name to ResTech Plastic Molding (2010)

 

HUDSON, MA – Plastic Molding Mfg., Inc., announced today the acquisition of Res-Tech Corporation, a leader in quality plastic molding services, based in Clinton, Massachusetts. The acquisition involves all of ResTech's assets and it becomes effective immediately. The combined entity will operate as ResTech Plastic Molding.
