Plastic Molding Mfg. Acquires Res-Tech; Changes name to ResTech Plastic Molding (2010)


HUDSON, MA – Plastic Molding Mfg., Inc., announced today the acquisition of Res-Tech Corporation, a leader in quality plastic molding services, based in Clinton, Massachusetts. The acquisition involves all of ResTech's assets and it becomes effective immediately. The combined entity will operate as ResTech Plastic Molding.

Danis, President of ResTech Plastic Molding. “This acquisition is very important to our overall business growth strategy”.

Dick McKenney, President of Plastic Molding Mfg. spoke of the opportunities ahead. "The acquisition significantly increases PMM's manufacturing and engineering capabilities. This will expand our development and engineering services to better assist our customers in developing high quality molded products and assemblies. This is part of our overall strategy to expand manufacturing in the United States offering high quality products at competitive costs."
