New Product Introduction (NPI) is the structured process of bringing a newly designed product from concept to full-scale production.

5.      Process Validation


Once initial parts are approved, we refine the molding process by optimizing injection pressure, temperature, and cycle times. This step ensures the process can produce consistent parts during every production cycle.

6.      Production Launch
